The NPC is just off the top of my head and I wasn't really thinking about a cutscene as much as three sentences tops. It would only be encountered if the player lost since the first gym in this rework isn't a mandatory loss just difficult.
Like I said there are better solutions and I want something that the player needs to be able to on there own. Something they learn by doing themselves.
