If you dislike someone, paying attention to them instead of ignoring them is just showing respect to the person, or being stupid. And replying to him isn't going isn't going to make him stop. It'll just give him the (You)s he want, which will only lead to him posting even more often. It'll have the opposite effect of what you would like.
And I've seen this pattern of yuri image, followed by a reply with "yurifag?" too many times, so I just assumed it was just one person doing it. My bad if I was wrong.
