Yveltal will still see play, but not having Darkrai for the free retreat hurts it a bit. The sam can be said for Fairy and Max Potion.
Fighting decks won't lose much outside of N and Landorus-EX, but Primal Groudon-EX decks are losing Masquerain PLB as a tech.

Also, some of us have gotten pretty good pulls out of our boxes.
