>yes they are intentionally a progression.the foliat line have cries already but they are very crisp and clear. i have always tried to make my cries more digital sounding to fit the feeling of a pokemon game but i've never really gotten a good outside opinion on that.
crisp clear sounds just seem weird to me when the creatures that make them are sprited. i feel like the noises and the visuals should match in that regard?
