>>58500947He's from Hoenn, just visiting Kalos on vacation. They wouldnt let him import his trusty Flygon, or his Breloom, but he's met lots of new pokemon here. It was supposed to be a 4 day weekend in Lumiose, but with everything happening he decided to stick around. He very much is just going with the flow of events, making new friends, and having fun battles. In hoenn he was a serious battle when he was a Youngster, but he never learned to Surf and so didn't make it that far, and now he mostly helps new trainers get their journeys rolling. Nowadays he just enjoys a regional tea at a café, and helps people with their pokemon problems when he can.
