If my math isn't fucked up and my assumption of how base stats scale is correct, the difference between 100 speed and 101 speed, and the difference between 100 speed and 149 speed (assuming the same nature, EVs and IVs) are exactly the same, even after a boost of +1 to the 100 speed mon.
Speed is shitty and I'm not sure how to fix it without completely revamping how it works.
