Even if the names you guys picked might have been corny and generic as fuck, (Blaze, etc.) those are memories that just can't be replaced, and I'm a little jealous. I was that kid who never nicknamed my Pokemon because Pokemon almost never had nicknames in the anime, and my Yellow Version name was ASH, my rival was GARY, and my team was PIKACHU, VENUSAUR, CHARIZARD, BLASTOISE, PIDGEOT, and DUGTRIO. And the whole ASH thing carried on until Ruby version. Biggest of plebs, here.
