Yes, it's a sad escape for me but it works.
Looking back at it now, Pokemon is almost what made me shape up most of my life, how it got me most of my friends then and now, the versions I can play when i'm bored and just as a way to escape from the stress of having people complain for doing my job and they know I have authority over them. Hell, it's even built up my strategy skills after competitive battling for a few years.
If its your only way OP then do get some help man, you need more to rely on, that goes out to everyone else too if they feel low, think of this as support to get you through. We're going to make it.
