>>58536788I always try to match the ball to the pokemon, including shinies. These days I'm actually paying more attention to the effect when the pokemon leaves the ball than ball color. Luxury ball and premier ball are both easy go-tos if I'm not sure. Don't want to miss my chance while fumbling my balls after all. I'm more of a tiny hunter than a shiny hunter at this point though; I've got a bunch of carefully-selected extra small pokemon, but only two shinies so far.
