-HM moves are regular moves now and are eraseable, side-quests for key items that do the same thing.
-in addition to villain teams, I'd throw in some evil pokemon. Ranging from the common grunt to uncatchable boss Pokemon, but you can still catch boss pokemon in a separate location/situation.
