I just finished the main story and had a battle with him, I almost lost because I'm just using alphas I had plucked out of the lakes and some other randos a friend gave me. It was an alright battle, I'm just happy to see my precious train husbando again. The ever so slight smile after his exasperated sigh when he loses is the most priceless treasure in this world to me.

He's honestly just Sneasler's babysitter like every other Warden and hangs out in Jubilife to ask if you want to battle anybody which just made my day when I found out I can just stand beside him whenever I want. Otherwise it's unclear if he fell into a wormhole like Anabel or if Arceus put him there to be a Warden.
