At most they respect a "Fellow" dragon trainer/clan and may trades some technique, but for the most part they keep to themselves. Sometime a rivalry will form, but that general between individual trainers.
I have a head cannon that they all were once apart of some greater dragon empire, but AZ fucked their shit up so badly that now their nothing more than a scattered people. Same could be said for the Aura knights too in fact AZ also probably fuck up a lot groups now that i think about it. The Aura knights and Dragon clans were probably hit hardest by AZ weapon.
