The dialogue for the woman in Mistralton City describing N as the child of a Pokemon was one of the first things written for that area to be used in a July 2009 ROM but appears to have been later marked as dummied out. By December 17th of that same year the draft of the final battle is changed to a version where N laments that he who was "raised by Pokemon" would be betrayed by them (note this doesn't necessarily contradict the information regarding his birth in any way).
The references to salvation and miracles are numerous and consistent throughout revisions enough that I'm confident saying N is on some level some kind of Pokemon savior. Personally speaking, I also believe N was physically born from Pokemon (likely a Zoroark) based on evidence from other sources. More research is necessary to support definitive statements.
