328 is more than the first two waves of DLC will have, although, they advertised more than 230 Pokemon in the DLC and there's only 223 in the Pastebin. Even with the new legendaries included in that number, it's 228. So, I assume that there's more Pokemon coming to the DLC in some form
That said, even with a Wave 3/4, odds are around 100 Pokemon will be left out of SV
