Retards keep using a shitmon in a tier it doesn't belong in, artificially raising its status. Every time Gen 5 RU gets brought back as the meta of the month, Typhlosion gets almost 0 usage. For example, the last time it was brought back in July and August of 2021, it received only ~2% usage at the highest level of play in July, and by August it had dropped to 0.00% usage.
