>>35173337Yes, but thats only because it can control time. It can do anything with time as it’s the living embodiment of it. All Celebii can do is roam through different periods but nothing else. Dialgia lore wise is near an equivalent of a god whereas Celebii is just a regular Pokemon with amazing powers.
And I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a Psychic type as thematically, Gamefreak sees Dragon as the most powerful type next to Psychic. Which why the Creation Trio were part Dragon type.
