It's not an easy or reliably controllable method as a flesh-and-blood artist will at least negotiate how your ideas work and has a more reliable way of conceptualizing your ideas. Even then, I still encourage a lot of people in this thread to play with Stable Diffusion enough to know how much it works (or rather doesn't work) with their ideas to know it's not really that much doom for artists as they think it is.
Just because you prompt something and think it out doesn't mean the system will "get" what you want.
