Plus it's female, and you don't see goofy + female in many designs, so that makes it a little more intriguing. I like the way that it looks like a Tangela but without the "tangles," now she has her hair all styled. I like the girly bow-like loops, the bangs, and the two swirly vines that frame her face, which vaguely remind me of a ram's horns, which further emphasizes the unique hair theme as overgrown wool. Not everything is just cuteshit or edgelord cool. Also it kind of reminds me of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for some reason, maybe the smile I guess.
