Well, the Safari Zone was a letdown, as I watched 4 out of 6 mons flee before I could throw a ball. However, I managed to at least walk out with a Pidgey and a lovely new Kangaskhan, both of which are incubating in the Day Care for future use.
And then, disaster struck; I was drinking beer and watching TV when suddenly my Venusaur was dead. It feels terrible, I'm an irresponsible loser and I deserve nothing but dead Venusaurs but it still stings more than the rest because she's been with me for so long and I'll never even know what killed her. With Vaporeon gone too, Taz is all that remains of my original squad.
It's clear that I need to redouble my efforts or else I will continue to lose members. I'm going to get the new recruits up to snuff, evolve Benedict (never had Crobat before), hatch this egg Riley gave me (three guesses what that is) and overlevel the FUCK out of Taz and based Thompson before I walk into this next Rocket mess; I need to re-establish a firm squad of 6. And I'm NOT fucking losing based Thompson.
