Being a casual does not denote a lack of skill, it simply marks a lack of effort. Your inability to understand this shows you off for what you really are, which is certainly not a casual.
Casuals could take the time to count the increments, they could do that, but in taking the time to tediously count each little advance of the bar on the appraisal screen, they would cease being a casual.
