Yeah, I was able to get a shiny Necrozma, which was pretty cool. One of the Tapus too, which I didn't notice at first, but I don't really like that whole archetype.

Playing with friends is the only way to enjoy this, I'm convinced. 1 NPC in the party is manageable, but no more. They're genuinely retarded, and I definitely don't trust randos online

And you know what? I love a lot of these franchises to death, especially SMT, but they don't scratch the same itch as Pokemon. I don't think any game or franchise can outright replace it for me.
