turn into bullies. They just turn into everything that they despise in other
people and this kind of goes back to humanity's inability to cope with power.
We can't handle it. The best we can do is not abuse it too much, a little abuse
is inevitable, but, I don't know, to close this out I would just say yeah we
need new moderators, and not even because I was being banned, but because, you
know, I've seen the users stagnate over time and I've seen the character of
showderp stagnate. I've just seen the room stagnate overall under this
moderation team and I want that to change. I want showderp to have a future. So
again, I would appeal to Scotteh, I would appeal to Zarel, to just get rid of
the showderp moderators. And the timing of this statement and the events of the
past few days, well, they should seem pretty coincidental, but I've never been
shy about expressing my opinion on moderators, I've thought that they should
all be demoted for a long time, I've stated as much many times, so it shouldn't
come as too much of a surprise to you. I mean, don't you want showderp to have
a future? Because just look at the damn userlist, look at what's happened over
the past 2+ years.
We've only seen stagnation, we haven't seen any growth. I
think there's potential for growth in showderp, and in the showderp room, I
think we should have many many many users, and you might say "Well, why do we
want more users? Why is it automatically a good thing?"
