I was about to post that one star pokemon idea that people usually hate, but then I remembered something.
The other star pokemon. The OTHER star pokemon.
And then I had a little idea surge. Results are in pic related.
To explain in detail: One evolution happens when exposed to a Sun Stone, then makes it a star that "rises" up (idea brought from the fact that the pearl "rises" up as the sun would)
The other becomes a "shooting star", which are often seen at night, explaining why it evolves from a Moon Stone. Shooting stars also are a popular way to get a "wish", which is why the evo holds a magic wand.
If only the moon stone evo can look similar to the rest, then it'd be a presentable idea.
