In order to get the key out of Weavile, Phantump turns his stump into his most brutal weapon and spams Horn Leech over and over into the weasel's stomach, completely destroying him *and* replenishing his own lost health in the process.
Weavile can't fight back, once he's combo'd, that's it, it might as well be game right then and there, frail guys like him can't stand a chance after taking more than a handful of hits that other Pokemon would typically sweat off.
After a relentless outrage of Horn Leech hits, the Elevator Key shoots out of Weavile's stomach, heading straight for regurgitation, but it gets stuck halfway in his throat. At best, one more hit is all he needs to throw it up.
A) Use Cut! [his throat]
B) Use Return! [pound that stomach!]
C) Use Dig [...as in dig in there and get it yourself.]
