The guy who posted the Pokémon Sword and Shield leaks is a person by the name of Verlisify.
There is evidence to show he does browse 4chan, he has his own discord channel and twitter account (his main twitter account was suspended for harassment but his second account is still active, deceitfully avoiding the terms and conditions of twitter).
He has a YouTube channel where he openly made numerous monetized videos about the leaks spreading through 4chan when the leaks were just emerging on the internet. Since then his videos have been taken down due to the breach of the Pokémon companies information being leaked.
There you are, Verlisify is out there still at large, go and get him.
