Just accept that you're wrong and trying to effectively use your Thunderbolt to freeze a Dodrio or Dragapult in their place so your team can gank them is way more tedious than just V-tackling them. Electro Ball is also a very good secure move if needed to use in a pinch, so you're a further retard for trying to pick Thunder over it.
