It's been portrayed fighting and swimming rather well, and its back sprites/models show that its legs are capable of bending in such a way that it could stand bipedally. It's just more aquatic-looking than its prevos, stop getting bootypunctured over nothing. It has fucking samurai armor it's pretty damn cool, the only problem is no Shell Smash despite it being the perfect move pool addition and making perfect sense
