>>13031663I looked out along the ocean horizon, wondering how I suddenly woke up on an Island, alone, in the middle of the ocean. My initial thought was to search around for food and water, but as I explored I soon realized that there was no fresh water upon the island, and whatever food was available to the place probably lurked within the waters. I didn't think rushing right into the saltwater would be good especially if I didn't know where any fresh water was on the island, and so I simply kept looking, before retiring from my search out of exhaustion. As I relaxed, something suddenly fell on top of me from directly overhead-- I quickly jumped up, letting the small but heavy Pokemon drop onto the sand with a soft thud.
The blaring blue shell immediately told me that it was potential food, and I couldn't exactly stop the flow saliva building within my mouth. Just thinking that there was nothing else that I could eat made me want to eat the creature even more, and in my mind I began to quickly plot how to catch it (it was over a foot tall, and the largest shellfish I had ever seen in my life). The creature tilted upright in the sand, and, sensing my predatory urges, shot a quick blast of water into my face. My whole body became soaked, and I quickly snapped out of it, wiping the water from my face. As the water crept in past my lips, I realized it was in fact not salted, but fresh.
"Hey, you!" I yelled, unsure when I decide this creature had a consciousness. "Please, help me! I'm dying of thirst!" I swiftly reached out and grabbed the Pokemon within my arms, my desperation making my action so fast that it was completely unavoidable. "Please, I won't eat you, I just want something to drink! I'm begging you!"
