Absol would seem to be the best Pokemon to use it with with its Super Luck ability and Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Stone Edge, and Slash. Gallade with Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, and either Swords Dance or a Fighting move for STAB (wish Gallade could learn Cross Chop).
