Probably because that would upset the meta or mean a lot of work they might not have the time or money for or some other excuse to not put in effort. I'm sure there might be very good reasons for this but when there are stupidly broken pokemon and pokemon that are completely useless I don't know if it would kill GF to just integrate the megas for shitmons as permanent evolutions that require certain criteria to obtain and just pull a story reason out of their ass for it. I just really want to have my girl be viable in some way.
