I call today, and get put on hold for 10 minutes, and talk to three different people during that hold, all of whom put me back on hold to get directed to electronics.
I hang up, call again, tell them I was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for electronics and asked if they could *please* get someone to answer the phone there, as they'd all said. He tells me that 'no one will be here', and they're 'not doing a midnight release' and that I can come in at 7AM to get it.
It's a 24 hour Walmart. I've WORKED at Walmart before, and always gotten games at midnight on release. I was a cashier, and know for a fact that while nobody is assigned to electronics at night, there IS a cashier or someone who tends to the general area, electronics included.
Do I go anyways and just ask for a manager, or accept defeat and go in the morning like I would have if I'd preordered anywhere else?
