They're a bunch of people obsessed with candy, they can never get enough. Every line of dialogue with involves candy and their main goal is to destroy all regular food and replace it with treats and sweets. The grunts would use lots of fairy types, and the higher ups would use pokemon associated with being a fat fuck (Snorlax, Lickitung, etc.).
