It has been proven that PokeEdit/PokeGen will work with Gen 5 pokemon to be transferred to PokeBank. Which means all Shiny pokemon will be brought over and the only Shinies with nice IV's/Natures you should be trying to get are Gen 6.
Do not trade, unless you're anti-hack, any perfect/near perfect Shiny IV/EV pokemon from gen 5 and below unless you have duplicates. Hold on to them and wait for the PokeBank.
Gen 6 shinies(especially ones Trained to perfection) those are the hot items atm.
