The vest doesn't really help since every girl who's worn a vest I've seen in real life turned out to be a huge bitch. I still like her though, since she also comes off as a no-nonsense girl that battles serious, as opposed to Rosa who would probably sprinkle pixie dust on your things when you aren't looking and ask for a lock of your hair and might be on drugs.
On the upside, Hilda is also really fun to bully since she's serious and can be a bitch sometimes. Those kinds of people are always the funniest victims.
