I mean, where are the rules that says I can't use a legendary in a pokemon world besides the tournaments? Even E4 permit use to use one (e.g. Rayquaza in Emerald).
Lighten up, nigga and grow a pair. I don't know about you, but I'm getting the vibe of "not using legendary is some sort of prestigue or high class trainer while using them means you're not that strong yourself" kind of thing, even though that's wrong.
Using a legendary means you're burdened to train a powerhouse, being careful not do decimate your opponent without mercy while giving them a satisfying battle nonetheless.
