if GF did it - they would have used SWSHs 20-25 fps engine and added wild areas and shitmax to Sinnoh, which would have been 100x worse as far as I'm concerned, SWSH is a revolting game
So 'failthful remake' we got was better than the even worse alternative + there was also PLA as a fat bonus
