Ultra Beast are more powerful than Arceus and Have weird attacks that break the rules, Like UB-01 has a move called Ultra Tangle and it makes it so you cant do anything for 5 turns. It cost's them 3 Ultra Points which are things they have so they cant spam the overpowered attacks. They know 4 Ultra moves and 2 Normal Moves.
