"I didnt experience it, therefore... its... its just not true okay!!!!", if you didnt experience anything, thats good for you, it doesnt change the fact that: people with legitimate copies are playing a half-assed product with extremely bad performance and technical issues. This is a game that looks like it was made entirely of stock assets on a friday by students, made to be presentable enough for a school Project.
