Behold, /vp/. The rarest Pokémon in existence, not counting Mythical Pokémon, of course. While you may think other Pokémon are rarer, like Legendaries or incredibly low encounter rates, Glameow still has it beat. Making only a single Regional Dex appearance exclusive to Pokémon Pearl for the entire 4th generation and the first half of the 5th, Glameow was easy to find in that game, but completely missing elsewhere. It wasn't until a specific version exclusive Funfest Mission from White 2 where you could find one in a hidden grotto marking only the second time you could obtain one without trade or transfer. This method however is obscure and I imagine this is the way only a very niche majority obtained Glameow in gen 5 since it would be easier just to transfer. Glameow's only made one more appearance, and it's in a Mirage Spot in ORAS, once again marking another obscure way to obtain it seeing as how people are looking more for the legendaries than they are individual Pokémon. Glameow is incredibly rare.
