Though, I do take her and my weavile out to the park fairly often, so they do get the outdoor exposure and exorcise needed to keep them happy. She is pretty modest, so she's rather easy to handle.
If you have an eevee with a more energetic personality, you may need to have it outside more often. But other than that, most eevees and their evolutions handle well. Though, every jolteon I've seen are a little scrappy and energetic. I guess it's due to being an electric type.
