>>47019017The core formula works, it just needs more shakeups and more content, and bigger gimmicks. Star Allies was a rushed mess of a game until all 3 dlc waves ended. And even then its meh because the main campaign level design sucks and the tardwrangler CPUs make the game easier than easy. A difficulty option for story mode like the boss rushes and just more content and shit would be great. And a 3D game also since many people want rhat, the core formula would work just as well.
The problem with Pokemon is that the core formula has not only aged incredibly badly but theyve done nothing to improve it or shake it up, in fact all they DO is just continually take shit away. Kirby is a rehash series, but actually good. Pokemon is a rehash because the devs are incompetent fucks that get paid anyway. Hal Labs and Kumazaki are huge Kirbyfags and love the IP which shows in their work. GF has an open disdain for Pokemon where they go around proudly shilling some virgin loser's after school project that plays like ass (Little Town Hero). They just wanna keep making more crappy indie games like they used to before Pokemon got big. You can kiiiinda see where this can be a big fucking issue.
Morimoto, Masuda, Ohmori, Sugimori, all these people are practically on auto pilot by now, bags under their eyes, and a quiet hate for their hardcore fanbase.
