Hop looks up to Leon because he's obviously a role model. Nemona doesn't look up to the MC, she just wants a worthy challenger because she already is Champion and she's getting bored cause no one is a challenge for her, she even has to hold back because others hate being destroyed by her. She sees the potential in the MC and wants to support their talent. Why would she even "look up" to the player when shes literally a champion? There is no "up". So how on earth are those two even remotely comparable?

Despite having bad condition, she's constantly running to places when it's about battling. Her having a lot of energy despite getting out of breath very quickly (as pointed out by herself twice and Arven once) is definitely a trait that defines how excitable she is.
