This will give Poliwrath some serious hacks with Hypnosis in it's repertoire. Focus Blast, Hydro Pump, and Blizzard are also parts of it's moveset so it's going to be quite fierce. Thematically I imagine it channeling whirlpools drawing enemies close to it for point blank attacks so the enemies can't escape nor can it escape the enemy.
