it doesn't look cohesive, the tail and trumpet?? flower?? look tacked on.
the style of the design does not look very pokemon at all, which could be fine if it was appealing, but it's not (to me at least).
pet peeve of mine is when pokemon are randomly wearing clothes.
not very interesting colorwise, the pose is not very interesting either.
i won't even mention the spritework, because most of your dex is lacking but that's excusable if the design is good.
