Absurd Atk, but not a lot of moves to use with it (relying heavily on Shadow Sneak and Shadow Punch). Too slow to take on offense and weaker than other slow wallbreakers (Mawile-M, Band Azumarill, Diggersby).
No boosting moves outside of Power-Up Punch.
No utility outside of Will-o-Wisp. No recovery outside of rest, and his bulk isn't great either way.
He gets a free Aftermath on any Pokemon that KOes it which isn't really that great but it might force a switch on the next turn if you have a good set up sweeper.
