I've seen so many threads that talk about a specific region only for someone to come in and say it's bad with no reason why. Also all of those posts that are intentional retardation posts that usually have to deal with brapposting and have a fuckton of..... oh yes........ talk like this..... uhh.... poopie..... can also be banned for poor post quality under global rules.
