Not my first shiny, but my first random encounter shiny If blindly searching on Emerald, Soulsilver, and Black and the same time counts as random. It was my first time doing something like that though and it worked.
Anyway it's Level 24 of course, Male, Relaxed and has Swarm not sure how good that is.
