apparently the one blocked off desert route is unlocked.....after you beat the anomaly hoopa and close all the rifts in the icy routes. i don't think anyone in the game directs you to come here, i don't know how you're supposed to figure out you can come here now, angelo is also just about to destroy the ley lines and blow up the multiverse so you wouldn't think to run the other side of the region to come to this place
i mean not like ANY of that matters, since there's fuckall here obviously other than just shitty WoW sidequests that probably gift you pokemon you can catch in the wild (or fucking potions), but still, lol
