Only good thing about it is he isn't quad weak to Electric anymore, but he still picks up three new weaknesses because of it. On top of that, he doesn't even get a decent stab move to help it. Why not give him Crunch? Blastoise got fuckin Aura Sphere, but you can't even give Gyarados, whom has a giant gaping maw Crunch?
