Battle wise I find Cynthia to Kukui as solid fights, Blue to Alder as alright fights (albeit boring by some metric) and Lance to Wallace as bad fights.
Theme wise Iris to N have great themes, Lance/Red to Hau have fine themes, Diantha & Alder have average themes and Kukui and Leon's themes are lame.
Character wise N to Alder are pretty great characters, Cynthia to Kukui are serviceable to their role in the plot, Red is completely neutral, Iris to Wallace feel underutilized and Leon & Hau are just annoying.
